All you need to do is wait until midnight ingame, sneak into someones house and drink their blood while they're sleeping. You only need to do this once to have your stage go back to level 1. you cant find them unless you get them from the deer themselves. unless you have the speech merchants perk. if your using it for fortify restoration you can also use pearls. theyre really rare though. but if you are going to look btw you cant find them in clams. i wish!!!!!

You can't. The only one you can go to Skyrim in is Arena, the very first Elder Scrolls, which came out in 1994 i believe. However, on December 11th, 2010, Bethesda finally announced that The Elder Scrolls IV: Skyrim is coming out the following veterans day, November 11th, 2011. Catchy release date lol. So, obviously, the newest elder scrolls game will take place in Skyrim.

AFter you can but the house in Whiterun, that's a pretty awesome place to store everything. Only a few steps from the fast travel spot and a fully equipped blacksmith. Also pretty close to just about every shop you need. It's not the best house in Skyrim, but it's location for storage is tough to beat.

Follow these steps:

1. Go to ITEMS

2. Go to MISC

3. Find the claw you require to unlock the puzzle

4. Turn it around and zoom in

5. There should be the puzzle solution at the back of the claw

You can't start the quest. You have to find the skulls on your own, with no map markers, and return them to the ghosts. The quest does not appear in your journal.
