Katniss's skills are shooting with a bow & arrow. Unlike Katniss, Peeta is horrible at hunting. Peeta's skills are camouflaging.Though, Katniss is also familiar with forest plants and she is also equipped with the knowledge of climbing trees.

Sadly, we never knew. The last thing in Mockingjay is the prologue, where it's revealed Katniss and Peeta married and had two kids. Katniss is saying that her kids are running around the paddock beyond the fence where she and Gale used to go. She describes how they're running, mentioning the boy runs on chubby little legs. Katniss says that when they're older she'll tell of her friends, family and life experiences. She mentions that the kids don't know they're running on a graveyard.

After Katniss defies the capital in the first hunger games by threatening to deny them a victor, President Snow becomes very threatening and dangerous. He knows that there are uprisings within the districts and many people think of Katniss as their leader with the mockingjay printed on some flags etc during the rebellion. This meant that Katniss had to act like she was madly in love with Peeta to trick the people in the capitol and mainly the districts because Snow threatens to hurt her, her family and Gale's family otherwise.

So, quite complicated! But overall an amazing series and I would definitely recommend these books to anyone! A good choice for anyone who liked Divergent.

Yes, Finnick dies near the end of Mockingjay, which is the last book in the trilogy. He and a few others from the squad tried to fight off the muttant lizards in attempt to help the others escape and complete the mission.

I am not sure which part you are talking about. There are 2 possible parts:

the first part:

You could be talking about the girl in the tree; Rue. She helped her because she realized that she was a good person.

The second part:

You could be talking about the guy; Thresh, that saved her when the girl; Clove, was trying to kill her with a knife. He saved her because she helped Rue (Rue was in the same district as him); and you could have 2 people win if they are from the same district.

the repeat games end (sort of). katniss and finnick are picked up by some people who want to destroy the capitol. johanna, peeta, and enobaria are captured by the capitol. katniss learns that peeta has been captured and freaks out at haymitch. then, while she is recovering from the games, gale comes to tell her he got prim and her mother out, but that there is no district 12 left.

The previous answer was terrible, the definition of a conflict, is either, man vs. man, man vs. self, and man vs. idea, the main conflict is man vs. man, which is basically katniss' fight for survival against the 23 other tributes, or perhaps man vs idea, katniss' struggle for freedom from the capitals ways.

because she realizes that she has loved Peeta all along. Also, she realizes that Peeta is just what she needs to survive. They have protected eachother for years. She figures out that she needs someone to steady her, and keep her calm. But Gale only brought more hatred, rage, and fire. Plus, Gale just moved to district 2 when he got a job there without consideration without even telling Katniss, while Peeta has stayed by her side through it all. Hope this helped (:

He was then executed for not giving a good show, and letting a small spark of rebellion stay lit.
