What role if any did Rasputin play in the fall of Romanov Russia?
Rasputin's presence in the Romanov family history did not have an influence of the royal family's downfall. Yes, he did have some say in decissions through his friendship with Alexandra, however these did not impact the major causes of the fall of the Romanovs. The fall of the Romanov's was inevitable as a result of social discontent and Tsar Nicholas' inexperience along with other factors.

Did Anastasia survive the shooting of the Romanovas?
Anastasia was supposed to have survived the shooting because of Diamonds and other gems stitched into her clothes. nobody knows if it was her or her sister who survived. Since then there have been many reports of being 'Anastasia". The truth maybe be connected with Bulgaria, i know a prosecutor who has developed a very persuading theory that they have come and lived till their death in Bulgaria. The only problem is that he doesn't have enough money for a DNA analysis as a final proof. What happened to the Romanovs after November Revolution 1917?
On July 17, 1918 Tsar Nicholas II, Empress Alexandra, Grand Duchesses Olga, Tatiana, Maria, Anastasia and Tsarevich Alexei were executed in the basement of Ipatiev House in Yekaterinburg, Siberia and then mutilated, burned and buried in the woods. The woman had sewn their jewels into their dresses causing some of the bullets to bounce off of them, fueling the rumors of survivors after only five of them were found in 1991. It was believed that Anastasia and Alexei survived but later two bodies were found nearby in 2007. They turned out to be Marie and Alexei.
How did Nicholas II personality contribute to the demise of the Romanov's?
Nicholas II was not really prepared to be a ruler. He was more of a 'family man' who would rather play with his children than rule a country. He was not a strong leader because of this.
Nicholas became ruler suddenly when his father, the previous tsar died. The day of his coronation, 2,000 people were trampled to death. Not wanting to appear foolish, Nicholas still attended a ball held for his coronation, but to the people of Russia, this made it seem as if Nicholas had no respect for the lives of his people.
Nicholas II lived in a time when things were changing, but because of his personality, he could neither drastically change the government, nor could he keep it the same. His indecision allowed the Bolsheviks gain ground.
As far as known, Anastacia Lyn Newkirk is still alive and working XD.
Why did Bolshevik leaders in Russia seek peace with Germany in 1917?
In 1917, the revolution transferred their support of Alexander Kerensky to Valdimir Lenin. The Russian people despised the war that the tsar had gotten them into because it created starvation and misery. Thus, Lenin promised to the end the war with Germany, so when he came into power, the first thing he did was sign an armistice that released thousands of Germany troops from Russia.
Did Amelia Earhart and Anastasia Romanov ever meet?
No. Anastasia was killed in Russia when the revolution happened in the early 1900's. Earhart was much later in the 40's.
The last Empress consort, or Tsaritsa of Imperial Russia was Alexandra Feodorovna Romanova (her Orthodox given name) She was born a German Princess; Alix Victoria Helena Louise Beatrice von Hessen und bei Rhein was her Christian name, given to her by her parents, the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess of the Grand Duchy of Hesse-Darmstadt. Her mother, was the second daughter of the great monarch, Queen Victoria of Great Britain, and her husband Prince Consort Albert of Saxen- Coburg and Gotha, making Empress Alexandra a grand daughter of Queen Victoria, as were many reigning monarchs of the Edwardian era.
In 1894, after the tragic death of Nicholas Alexandrovich II's father (Tsar Alexander III) at the age of 49, she and Nicholas hoping to be wedded in a small family ceremony, were herded into a very large immaculate ceremony, with many many many people. In 1896, The couple were coronated as the new Tsar and Tsaritsa/Emperor and Empress of all the Russias.
Over all, Alexandra's personality was of a sweet, and melancholic air. She had lost her little brother and sister (May and Fritte) and her own Mother (Princess Alice of Great Britain) when she very young, and had lost her happy childhood because of it. Empress Alexandra was also a very wise, and well-versed person, she loved to read and write and knit and crochet. She gave birth to five children; Grand Duchess Olga (1895) Grand Duchess Tatiana (1897) Grand Duchess Maria (1899) Grand Duchess Anastasia (1901) and Tsarevich Alexei (the Heir to the Imperial throne) (1904)
She didn't like at all societal balls or ceremonial banquets etc. She liked more to stay at home with her family and nurture her growing children. She tried her best to keep her children out of public life, including her husband and herself because she deemed the public life and glitzy-glamourous life of the Russian Aristocracy to be evil and in contempt of the Imperial court. She very much followed the attitude of her Grand mother, Queen Victoria, and also kept her home at the Alexander Palace in the style of a gentle English woman, with spaces in bright chintz silks, and satins, and fabrics, and beautiful Art Nouveau spaces as well, which she adored very much.
She was a person of many wonderful tastes and qualities even though in her lifetime, she was relentlessly harped on and ridiculed for her decoration sense, and the rearing of her children, and the attitude and esteem she held all her life, of being very prim and proper in the times of debauchery and gambling, sexual escapades that ran rampant throughout the Russian Imperial Court.
She was also a very devoute, and religious person, had many ikons and prayer books, and paintings of saints and such dotting the Alexander Palace. She liked the private life, and kept mostly away from the public life as she believed it would destroy her children, and take away the good hearts they had, by filling them with gambling, and sexual escapades and such, etc etc...
All-though she was eccentric and witty and very very serious at times, and very strict also at times, she could also be gay (the old version of the word meaning Happy) and light as a feather, when she smiled people were so spell-bound by her haunting beauty. Though most of her life was sad and painful, she did with her family and most closest friends smile like she hadn't smiled in years, brightening up the palace and servants, and friends and her family most of all.
Her life was one of mystery, and normal rationality and loving embrace to her Husband, and five children and her friends and closest family. In 1918, it was all swept away with a hail of bullets in a shabby darkened cellar.
Did Anastasia Romanov survive?
There were theories and allegations and thoughts but all are wrong; She died at the age of 17 years and 27 days the whole family died in the year of 1918.
these are a few theories and thoughts
A Theory: They were taken into a basement and executed but it is said when either her or her brother was shot that the bullet bounced off some of the jewels on his/her outfit and survived. A woman once came forward saying she was Anastasia but was proved to not be.
Another theory: They whole family, except Anastasia, was taken to Siberia where they were killed. Anastasia had not been with the family for some reason when they were captured. Anastasia then grew up in places such as St. Petersburg, Paris, London etc.
A Third theory: The whole thing was staged, the family was secretly moved to New York city where they lived the rest of their lives in quiet solitude in a secret bunker beneath Central Park occasionally venturing to the surface dressed as everyday people to enjoy the city sights.
A Thought: There must be something to the Anastasia legend else it wouldn't exist. But who knows the truth? Maybe the explanation is as simple as this: Anastasia died or was killed someplace else and so the rumors started when word spread that all the royal family was executed except her at a certain location since she died or was killed elsewhere.
A second Thought: A popular television program did a documentary show in which they claimed they had verified the DNA of all of the royal family including Anastasia in the execution location. If this is true then she did die with the rest of her family and the story is just myth.
A third Thought: A book was written called Dreaming Anastasia. In the book Anastasia escaped by being taken away by Baba Yaga, and staying for centuries in her hidden hut.
Prince Alexis was a member of the Russian royal court. He was, in fact, Princess Anastasia's brother and he had hemophilia, a genetic disorder which is an x-linked, recessive trait. This disease alters the clotting abilities of blood and eventually led to Alexis' death.
Why was the Romanov family killed?
Because most of Russia lived under the limit of starvation. In the late 19th century hunger death was not uncommon and yet the government exported weat out of the country to finance the new buldings of railways. To the rest of the world they said "There is no hunger in Russia". This is just one of the many things happening in Russian for a very long time. The people whom the country was built on was straving, but the elite just got richer and richer. The Romaovs were victims of the revolution. The Tsar could have done something, but his family should not have been killed, they didn't do anything to deserve to die.
Was Anna Anderson the Grand Duchess Anastasia Romanov?
When Anna Anderson died in 1984, her body was cremated. In 1994 DNA from a tissue sample was tested against that of Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh who is a grandnephew of Tsarina Alexandra.
It was proven then she was not the Grand Duchess Anastasia. Her DNA was matched with a grandnephew of Franziska Schanzkowska, a Polish Factory worker who went missing.
Probably not. Anne Anderson was likely not telling the truth when she claimed to be the Grand Duchess Anastasia of Russia. She was considered an impostor, after a private investigation was undertaken, was shown to be lying. Numerous lawsuits later, the German courts ruled her as claiming falsehoods. Later in 1991, the bodies of Tsar Nicholas II, Tsarina Alexandra, and three of their daughters were recovered in a mass grave near Ekaterinburg. DNA tests of the bodies, as well as some strands of hair from Anne Anderson, were made and showed that she had no blood-relation to any member of the Romanov family.
There is speculation, however, that she may have been telling the truth. There have been published articles, some of which were professionally backed, that casts doubt on the legitimacy of the DNA tests, claiming the evidence was tampered and potentially contaminated. Additionally, there have been numerous reports of professional anthropologists, along with some of the royal descendants of the Romanov family themselves, who claimed to believe Anderson's story. There are many discrepancies and unusual aspects of the Anna Anderson case, so no definite answer can be given. Nonetheless, the current verdict is that she lied.
Because the people of Russia were tired of the Emperor, so Lenin and his Bolsheviks killed the Romanovs.
Tsar Nicholas II and his family were killed because Vladimir Lenin and the Bolsheviks did not want him to be captured from Bolshevik custody and put back on the throne by the White forces during the Russian Civil War. A contingent of the Czechoslovak Legion was known to be in the area at that time and looking to capture the Tsar from the Bolsheviks. Lenin decided the best way to prevent this would be to kill the entire family, especially Nicholas and his son Alexei so that the Tsar could not be put back on the throne and his son could not be declared the new Tsar.
What age was Anastasia when family were executed in Russia that is the last tsars family?
Anastasia Nicholaevna Romonova was killed along with the rest of her family on 17/18 July 1918 by the Bolsheviks under command of Lt. Jakob Yurovsky. DNA matter form the gravesite of the Imperial Family conclusively proves that Nicholas, the Tsar, Alexandra, the Empress the Tsarevitch Alexei and Grand Duchess' Olga, Tatiana, Marie and Anastasia perished together in the cellar room of the Ipatiev house in Ekaterinburg 17/18 July 1918.
We must put an end to all of this nonsense that one or more of the Imperial Russian family may have survived. Sad story it may be we must maintain historical accuracy for the sake of future scholars and the rest of mankind.

=======================================================
Grand Duchess Anastasia Nikolaevna was born June 18, 1901. The Bolsheviks killed her family July 17, 1918, when Anastasia would have just turned 17. She was originally presumed to have been killed with her family, but some have speculated that she escaped death. This view is highlighted in a fictitious manner in the 1997 movie "Anastasia," which was the first animation feature film produced by Fox Animation Studios. Later this spring, DNA testing of remains found near the Tsar's family's mass grave will be concluded to determine if the remains belong to Anastasia.
