The New Orleans food stamp office is located on the corner of Canal St. and N. Claiborne. I don't know the exact address but i do know that they are not using the front entrance anymore. You have to go behind the building and enter on Iberville St. next to the cemetary. If you go early enough just look for the line of people standing outside.
