There is a 7 year old girl in New Jersey that ran 23:22 in Dec-2011on an indoor track (unconfirmed). The fastest current time on a USATF Certified Road Course is 22:30 on 11/26/15 in Manahawkin, NJ. This was the Gobble Wobble 5k. This is a NJ record only for female runners that are 7 years old. The same girl holds the 6 year old female record too, running in 23:44 at the Lacey Elks Run for the Heroes on 3/28/15 (also a certified USATF course).

Well I'm 10 and i ran it in 28.5 but i think average for 11 is about 32 good is 29 and super good is like 27.

Depends on the track. If it is a standard 400 meter track, it will be eight laps. If it is indoors it will be about thirteen.

You have your numbers horribly messed up. Freshman to Sophomore ranges from 70(untrained)-150 (medium to well trained) feet on average (21 meters-45 meters). As a senior, you can expect throws to be 160+ feet on average, some top of the line seniors get up into the 200's and the farthest IRL throw i have seen is 225 feet (68 meters).
