Soundwave and sentinetiel are killed by optimus, megatron is unknown. Starscream is also killed by a well placed missile to the head.

you run behind starscream (be careful he turns around almost immediatly)and hit him 3 times, after that your character will say you have to knock the allspark away,hit him twice (the same way) and he lets go of it, then grab it and hit him with it.(But thankfully when you hit him with the allspark you can hit him on either side though).After that theres a story clip,now your megatron,BIG boss battle right,nope starscreams to much of a wimp to face you head on so you follow him through the city as a jet.Shoot him as much as you can while he's in the air when he lands find a safe place to hide until he shoots off agian,(when he lands he goes crazy with firepower).then a story clip comes up,MEGATRON MURDERS YOUR GUY!!!!,what a jerk right???

The new teaser trailer shows a yellow robot with a goatee. So who knows really. There have been many ideas on to who this is. It is either Unicron or Zeta Prime.
I have also read online (not that everything you read online is true) that the yellow robot could also be Alpha Trion, one of the original 13 transformers. Two things are clear about his idetity: One, no one knows for sure and Two, if you want to find out see the movie when it comes out.

Sentinel Prime killed Ironhide because before the war in chicago. Ironhide and Megatron secretly fought and Ironhide shot Megatron in the face where he was injured. There was also a conflict in Transformers: Dark of the Moon the game where Ironhide shot Megatron and Megatron fell into a hole, Megatron later stated "He will pay for that"after he survived the fall in the hole. Later Megatron met Sentinel and told him to kill Ironhide and try to injure Bumble bee. In Transformers 3, Sentinel made a sorry face when pulling out his rust rifle after that he went for Bumble bee and try to shoot his spark as in the movie, each bullet that bumble bee dodge from Sentinel was either facing towards his head or his chess. During the battle between prime and Sentinel, Ratchet attacked Sentinel then went towards Bumble bee until Side Swipe interfared and cut Sentinel off and later went back to Ratchet. There is a possibility that if Ironhide was there, Optimus would have never lost his arm.

Ok, so I don't know who wrote this, but most of it is incorrect. Yes Starscream us a transformer from the planet Cybertron. And yes, Starscream is a decepticon. Double agent?? Not so much. Starscream makes no secret of his ambition to overthrow Megatron as leader of the Decepticons. Starscream is actually much smarter then your run of the mill Decepticon and is ruthless and cruel. He considers himself vastly superior to other Decepticons, and looks down on Megatron for being antiquated in his military strategy and tactics. Starscream believes that the Decepticons should rely more on guile and speed rather than brute destructive force to defeat the Autobots. Starscream can transform into a F-15 and serves as Air Commander for the Decepticons. His rank in the Decepticon is a 9, he serves as second in command to Megatron.
