The way it works is that everyone in the chat is using a certain keyword (called a hashtag) in all their tweets. Sometimes you cannot see who retweeted it because the person has a private profile and you're not following him/her.

All tweets with your username in them will appear in your @replies tab. If you are using hashtags then you can click on it and all of the tweets containing that hashtag will appear for you to read.

When you find the background you like, save it to your desktop.

Then you need to login to twitter, click settings and then design. Here you choose Change Background and pick the background you found from your desktop. Then hit Save Changes and the background should show up. You can't delete a tweet that someone has mentioned you in. You can only delete your own tweets by hovering over them and clicking on the trash can icon.

Yes he is. Some songs, however, are misleading. He has two COMPLETELY different songs, "I Can Do Whatever I'm White", and then "I Don't Like White People".
