Yes. However many, possibly all, of your tweets are stored on other sites that track tweets, topics, and trends. So, while you may delete them from being viewed on Twitter, it's not too hard to search for your old user name, etc., and find plenty of links that go to old tweets of yours.

There is no way to track who visits your twitter page.

I have not hit a block limit as I am only following 54 people, as well as this I am unable to favourite, retweet, or tweet my own things. Messages are being sent out to people who follow me which I am not sending. I had this problem on an old twitter account which I deleted and made a new one using the same e-mail address. Have I been hacked? I don't see how that would block me from following or tweeting people. It is getting really frustrating and I don't see why these kind of things are always happening to me.

Well because sometimes people are mean and stuff like that and also if people bully them or if them get really annoyed with someone if has to be something bad though for them to block you as usually i can put up with it but i have blocked some people who just take it to far.

You can't see who retweeted you on certain applications, such as Tweetdeck for iPhone and such. However, on web, you go to your homepage, and below the bar where you enter your tweets is a bar that has Home, Mentions, Retweets, Searches and Lists. Click on the Retweets button, a menu will drop and click Your Tweets, Retweeted. Click on the tweet to see who retweeted said tweet. Sometimes you cannot see who retweeted it because the person has a private profile and you're not following him/her.

All tweets with your username in them will appear in your @replies tab. If you are using hashtags then you can click on it and all of the tweets containing that hashtag will appear for you to read.
