Well I have 2 answers. I smell it too.

Not contstantly . I have a super sniffer. Only 1 or 2% Of people in the world have this! special lol.it really is though. I have a nose like a blood hound.

Anyway, I started smelling a high burnt sugar smell, about two months ago. I got thick eyed and head. I have 3 air quality apps because I have lung capacity of 50% . Also Azema,and allergies.

There are several toxic chemicals that have this smell. There is a steel mill 14 miles from me. My AQI apps point me right to them.

I am talking insane pollution. They have been working 24 -7 for two months killing all of us silently. I've called EPED,EPA,State agencies etc.their own monitor doesn't even have the town in question!.

I have taken pics of my AQI results from my one of many old phones in my dresser drawer. Then I take pics of that on my active phone this one so I can send them to each complaint.

The #2 smell is my 4 year old TV when it is on! I have to get another tv soon just can't afford to . It is giving off this horrible sweet burning smell. I have a fan I out by it close to the window to draw the smell out,but still it is another toxic smell the average sniffer doesn't smell this.In my opinion only most people don't hear birds chirping and singing when they walk out of their house in the AM. We are in a very polluted world today,Now.

So check your TV. When I'm not using it I shut off and unplug my TV and router.

As for the other smell,not sure if it is the steel manufacturing or the paint they have to spray in the preserve the steel for the bridges in the works. I will find out tho.. perseverance prevails. I never stop till I prevail.
