Hi turn the wheels on full lock there is a flap in the wheel arch you access the head light bulbs there.

the thermostat will be found behind the cam belt cover. i don't think if you will have to take the cambelt off you should be able to access it without doing so.Thats what I've got to do because the thermostat housings leeking on my astra pretty bad so when I'm done ill up date you just to confirm I'm right on the subject. Just for Info, The cam pulley and belt need to come off to remove backplate from the timing belt cover.I found it easier removing the airfilterbox from the inner wing giving better access. Not a massive job..

could be that your car is due for service ,and the spanner light is a service warning, normally the light would have to be turned of by either a garage or some one who no,s what they are doing

The firing order is 1-3-4-2, number one is on the right hand side of the car (I.E. the opposite end to the gearbox).

All standard Astra's are front wheel drive.

Drain it out.

Goes to sport mode. Tightens suspension, and changes auto shift points to higher speeds so you rev out move in the gears.

Aim is to make the car more responsive by holding lower gears longer and to sharpen up handling (at the expense of some ride comfort)

try replacing the injector over spill pipe these come in a lenght that u cut to size and replace the little black gromits with these and that should sort it this happened to mine more than once hope it works .Andy

the abs sensors are located in the wheel hubs next to the cv joint. they come as part of the hub and driving in deep snow shouldn't affect them.
