I love Windows Movie Maker - it's so simple and you can create so many different things with it. Note: If you want your video to play on a proper Media Player, then you must save it as a normal video format such as wmv, avi etc. Windows Movie Maker can be used with computers and laptops.

I'm not sure if you can save it as an 'avi' file, but, I know you can save it as 'wmv' which is a suitable video format that can be used on proper Media Players. 1) Open your Windows Movie Maker Project. 2) Go into File > Save Movie File... 3) Ensure that 'My Computer' is selected and then click 'Next'. 4) Choose a name and a location for your video file then click 'Next'. 5) Then choose an option that is suitable to you, I would recommend that you choose the best quality for playback on your computer then click 'Next'. 6) A loading bar appears - the amount of time that it takes entirely depends on the size of the file, when it has finished saving your video, just click 'Finish'. Now you should be able to play this video on a Media Player instead of Windows Movie Maker which is a much better option because if you put your video on to someone else's computer, sometimes it doesn't work properly. Plus, MSMWW is not a supported file type for video upload sites and it looks more professional on a Media Player.

Yes, you need to insert a bland DVD disc, either DVD-r or DVD+r is ok, before you burn movie to DVD. Generally speaking, DVD-r is more compatible than DVD+r.

It depends on the context. Many people will swear by one codec or another, but it really just depends on what the situation calls for.

Nowadays, for the web flash video is pretty much the standard. Flash 8 (On2 VP6 video codec) provides better compression (more quality for lower bitrate) so use that if you can.

If the video is for desktop use then the H.264 is becoming the standard.

It is not possible to burn a video on a CD with Realplayer. Realplayer Plus allows a person to burn a video to a DVD.

download vlc media player open it (the player not the file) select file open file(not quick open file) in the file tab for it will be as the following

first select browse on the first line and choose your media file

then check the box in the second line and choose your subtitle file.

but after you close the player and open the media file again you have to repeat the steps
