If you don't have it, download Any Video Converter, which is a free download. Add the file you have just made and convert to an "MP4" file. You can now go to your Youtube page and upload it. Hey Presto done. Sorry so long, but it works.

Well, I would personally recommend Windows Movie Maker which you can download for free online. You can keep the video as a project and also save it as a 'wmv' (or another video format) file. So, if you want to change anything in the future, you can edit the project and then save it as a wmv (or something else) file again. I love Windows Movie Maker - it's so simple and you can create so many different things with it. Note: If you want your video to play on a proper Media Player, then you must save it as a normal video format such as wmv, avi etc. Windows Movie Maker can be used with computers and laptops.

I'm not sure if you can save it as an 'avi' file, but, I know you can save it as 'wmv' which is a suitable video format that can be used on proper Media Players. 1) Open your Windows Movie Maker Project. 2) Go into File > Save Movie File... 3) Ensure that 'My Computer' is selected and then click 'Next'. 4) Choose a name and a location for your video file then click 'Next'. 5) Then choose an option that is suitable to you, I would recommend that you choose the best quality for playback on your computer then click 'Next'. 6) A loading bar appears - the amount of time that it takes entirely depends on the size of the file, when it has finished saving your video, just click 'Finish'. Now you should be able to play this video on a Media Player instead of Windows Movie Maker which is a much better option because if you put your video on to someone else's computer, sometimes it doesn't work properly. Plus, MSMWW is not a supported file type for video upload sites and it looks more professional on a Media Player.
