Nowadays, for the web flash video is pretty much the standard. Flash 8 (On2 VP6 video codec) provides better compression (more quality for lower bitrate) so use that if you can.

If the video is for desktop use then the H.264 is becoming the standard.

It is not possible to burn a video on a CD with Realplayer. Realplayer Plus allows a person to burn a video to a DVD.

Try Pivot, you make little stickmen and you can make their arms move and everything. If you want ones you can put on disc, your computer has a software called Windows Movie Maker, I use that! Draw a person on paint with its mouth closed, save it, go back on the person you drew, make its mouth open, then save it. Then you will have 2 pictures, one with its mouth closed, and one with its mouth open! You can speak into a microphone and make them talk! Hope this helped!

If you have a mac, macbook, or something like that, imovie will probably be installed on your computer. I'm sure you could find tutorials for both softwares on the internet.

No, it acts on different bodies. If a body does a force on another body, the second body will exert a force with the same magnitude and opposite direction on the first body.
