yes it can,i no longer need to use my fingers.when i go to the bathroom or jump in the shower after eating ,all have to do is crouch over and i will throw up,i think its a mental thing,my body is so used to it,that it thinks it is normal...this isn't a good thing,as its very hard to stop once you get to this point cos you always feel sick...i don't recomend it in anyway and i wish u the all of luck!
