Pour some of the enzymes in, then some of the opened vyvanse and theoretically you should get d-dex without the lysine caps. Be sure to eventually boil the mixture before drinking to denature the enzymes... If not, they can break down proteins in your esophogaus and that's not fun.

I personally wouldn't reccommend it. Vyvance is a slow-released amphetamine that can increase heart rate and blood pressure. Extenze works by routing more blood to penile tissue and increasing pressure. People in the past have been rendered impotent for long periods of time by mixing exctacy (another amphetamine-based drug) with male enhancement products and causing overpressure. That being said, the mixture will make for a more intense, longer-lasting experience, but it may have dire consequences.

DON'T DO IT! Technically you can, but Excedrin migrate has caffeine in it, enough that when I took it while on vyvanse, my heart was racing and I could not stop vommitting. If you can drink a bunch of coffee while on vyvanse, you probably won't have an issue with the Excedrin migrane, but be careful when taking too many stimulants at the same time.

Drugs tests are not 100% accurate and can give false positives and false negatives for various reasons. To prove that you have not taken diazepam, ask to take an alternative form of test.

Vyvanse is a pro-drug for dextroamphetamine, meaning it is only active after you eat it, so there is little to no abuse potential. Basically, Vyvanse is dextroamphetamine bonded with lysine (an essential amino acid). The euphoria experienced with 50mg Vyvanse orally, is comparable to 25mg Adderall orally. However Adderall is active through insufflation (snorting) so I would assume the euphoria would be better on Adderall.

Fentanyl will show up as fentanyl but this is almost never tested for. It is a special test which is also expensive and I would only suspect it being tested for if one had access to it, i.e. anesthestiologist.

Generally speaking, no; Vyvanse is a pro-drug for the stimulant dextroamphetamine. The effectiveness of amphetamine should be apparent immediately as it does not require time to build up in your system unlike other medications. In some cases, certain negative side effects will wane as a person continues to take Vyvanse. As with all medication for ADHD, it works best with lifestyle counseling and behavioral changes.

Stimulant medications, including amphetamines (i.e. Adderall, Vyvanse), do induce anxiety in some people. Other medications could be tried for treatment of ADHD if this anxiety is unbearable, or another medication could be used to treat this anxiety (i.e. a benzo or a mood stabilizer).

That is pretty much my concoction minus Klonopin. I've found no interactions between the Lexapro and Vyvanse. Gabapentin, however, seems to lessen the benefits of Vyvanse, shortening its duration. The Klonopin, interestingly, has very little interaction with the Vyvanse but it helps with the crash.

Provided you have read the drug information sheet with both products and it does not warn against taking one product with the other, when you take makes no difference since both are time realeased....but check with the prescribing doctor(s) first is always best.

That being said, Xanax (alprazolam) and Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) have no known drug to drug interactions and can be taken safely together.

If is completely fine to take the drugs Clonidine and Vyvanse. Clonidine will help you with your sleeping problems.

I read on 1 website that you open the capsule, dump the powder on a plate, put it in the microwave for a minute, and u will have something that is worth snorting...but I definately want to get more information about this before I even consider wasting a pill on this, I have opened the capsule and dumped the powder in a glass filled about 1/4th full of water, then stirred it up until the powder fully disolved and then drink it, this seems to make the meds kick in quicker and I know for a fact that this works and is not a waste of meds.
