A witch casts a spell on you yesterday how do you get out?
You realize that no "spell" has any power other than the power you give it in your own credulity (belief.) You can help yourself get rid of that "power" by acting out a simple ritual such as lighting a candle then extinguishing it or ritually washing away the "spell" with water scented with herbs.
What are the chances of a love spell working?
ZERO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It would probably work, but the final outcome would be heart-wrenching. It is only good for temporary pleasures of flesh, and in the long run, you wouldn't get the happiness of life.
Ancient Indian mystics advices that love spells could be used sparingly, within the marriage life to diplomatically solve problems, as the last option. If it is misused, you are opening a flood-gate that you cannot close.
The very best love spells are the ones you do on yourself.
You start by "getting your house in order." Make sure you are ready for a loving, caring, lasting relationship. Honestly check your own faults and flaws and work on fixing those. Check out your life path and be sure you have time, energy and emotions enough to support a new relationship. Then make a list of the traits (not the physical ones) you are looking for in a mate. Only then are you ready to write and perform your spell. Then act in accordance, go out, meet people, have a good time, and your mate will find you.

What was the main religion at the time of witch craft?
Witchcraft goes back thousands of years, & therefore, it depends upon which ever country it happened to be found in.
Contrary to what many Wiccans teach, it was not in & of itself a religion, & in fact, was feared & persecuted in many pagan societies, just as it would be in the Christian era, many centuries later.
How many Wiccans or Pagans or witches are usually in a city?
There is no actually means of accurately numbering how many can be in a city. Most Wiccans and Pagans often live in places where they are simple more comfortable, while others remain in the familial because of sentimental values and memories. Some seek out locations that have a natural and strong elemental affinity to that particular person. The city size and economy also assist in the choosing of where we rest our brooms. Basically we are the same as everyone else, so trying to gauge the number of Wiccans and/or Pagans in a city is similar to gauging African-americans, Asian, Caucasian or even Hispanic citizen. A census would give and marginally accurate number but rarely do these incorporate each individual religious background, grouping Wiccans and Pagans as New Age or Spiritual.
Telekinesis, is the ability to move objects with your mind.
There may have been a time when some might have considered it witchcraft, but those were less enlightened times.
Much as there is a trend in modern fiction, linking mind powers with "wizardry" and/or "witchcraft" these are fictional things brought about by the modern day magic of FX, and sadly unlike the less spectacular and more mundane happenings of real telekinesis.
On the other side of that coin, although I do know some practitioners of the Craft who study and in some cases work telekinesis, as well as telepathy, telepathy, and pyro-kinesis. It is not necessarily a part of their
Can witchcraft be forgiven by a Catholic priest?
according to the bible, God is a forgiving god and if you ask for forgiveness it will be forgiven. However, priests are humans, and may be judgemental, so there is really no way to say without asking.
What is the main difference between witchcraft and Christianity?
Answer 1: Modern witchcraft (Wicca) is a form of neopaganism and worships the gods and spirits of nature, while Christianity is a monotheistic religion based on the concept of a universal God.
Most of the supposed witches persecuted by the Christian churches, during medieval times and for some centuries afterwards, were innocent women who were accused of unChristian activities. In some cases, the clergy accused rich women of witchcraft in order to relieve them of their wealth. In other cases, attractive women were offered the choice of becoming sexual favourites of the clergy or being tried as witches. Whatever practices were performed by the real witches, if any existed, they were holy compared with the Christian churches that persecuted them.
Answer 2: The name of the god they pray to is one key difference. Most Christian's either call their god "God" (invoked one), Christ, Jesus, Yahweh, Jehovah, etcetera- depending on what type of "Christian" you are talking to. Witch's usually never say the name of their god to people from outside their order- many witches die having never told a soul the name of their god. Christianity, under the thresh of the Catholic Church did not arise until approximately the 3rd century CE, yet lays claim to not being responsible for the deaths of the various denominations that came before it via murderous campaigns and that Jesus was a Catholic.

What is an evil spell that witches use?
That depends on how you define "evil" and how you define "witches". According to Christian theology, for example, all witchcraft is evil (even if it's done for a good reason, like to heal someone). Wiccan witches maintain that they do not use magic for any evil reasons (one of the central tenants being the Wiccan Rede: An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will) however, practitioners of other magical traditions which would also fall under the general banner of "witches" don't always hold to the same rules.
This is a book witches write their spells in. It could be a book with blank pages or a spiral notebook.
A book of spells is known as a "Book of Shadows" or a "Grimoire". It is the formal place a practicing witch keeps his or her finalised rituals, spells, potions, meditations and workings. It is private and very personal.
The "old school" believe it should be hand written by the witch, in a good leather-bound journal and kept safely away from everyone else, but I know several witches who keep theirs on their computers, a number who use 3 -ring binders (so they can add and change things as needed) and most of us share our books with others within our circle.
Do you mean 'What is the Welsh for witchcraft?' That is 'dewiniaeth'.
Is it possible to be born a witch out of a normal family?
There are no such persons as witches therefore they cannot be born in any family. I person may come under the influence of Satan, and through his influence may be called witches. Yes, being a witch does NOT make you a Satanist, they are two completely different things. Nor does it bring you under the influence of Satan (he is a Christian construct and those of us who are witches do not even believe in him). Although it is very common for the Craft to run in families, it is not necessary for you to be the child or even great-grand-child of a witch for you to be one. There are lots of us in the world and we don't all tend to make it hard to find us. Check your local New Age bookstore for a bulletin board, you should find a place to meet a few of us and find out more.

It is a folk-magic tradition. A Witches' Ladder is a rope of knots and charms. Some Witches' ladders may have feathers instead of charms, or both feather's and charms. The number of knots and nature of charms and colors and types of feathers varies with the intended effect. It was/is said to believe to both create and dispel curses. If you search for it on google, you're likely to find usages of it as hexing, as well as blessing, depending on which sites you go to. The Witches' Ladder actually looks nothing like a ladder, just a pretty braided string.
What are magic numbers discuss the evidence that they exist?
There are many magical numers, I'll write down the ones I know:
1: Perfectionism, Holy force.
2: Duality, Perfection, balance.
3: Holy Trinity (The Father, The son, The Holy spirit, also Live, Death, reincarnation. or God, Godesss, Humanity. etc.)
4: Four elements. (excluding Spirit, or ether) connection.
5: the five elements (including spirit or ether)
6: men.
666: Humanity.( This isn't the number of the beast!! that's 999) not perfect.
7(77): Perfection. God. Light.
9: Women, Shadow, Darkness. (not evil!)
999: Over-perfectionism. The beast. Evil, shadow, darkness
13. Lucky number for paganists, Unlucky number for Christianity
Note: Why is 666 called the number of the devil. It's quite easy:
6+6+6= 18. 1+8= 9. 6 is the number of Humanity, but also men.
9 is the number that stands for women.
6+9= 15. Tarot card nr. 15 is the card of the devil. the beast within us. This was invented by christianity.
It's interessting to know, thet al odd numbers except 1 are called evil numbers by shamanism (3 5 7 9 etc).
the definition of magic is: "The power of apparently influencing the course of events by using mysterious or supernatural forces." What this is basically saying is that magic is just things that people make happen, but they or others don't know how. So technically, magic does exist, whether you're talking about spells or not.
Think about it: when you see a magician, you don't know how he or she performs their tricks. This, by definition, is magic.
