Do wolves let other wolves join their pack?
I've seen 1 documentary where a Alpha female was not able to reproduce and was starving the other members of the pack and was found killed, which is believed to be by its own pack. I would imagine this cannot be a natural act as survival requires members in harmony.
Wolves survive by living in packs. They hunt togther, providing food to the entire pack.
The often travel behind elk herds during winter when they migrate, to ensure they still have food to eat. They also fight off enemies and mark territory to warn other animals that they are residing there.

== == ----------------------------------
I believe there is more than that. Tundra and Gray wolves are well-populated. The Red wolf, however, is critically endangered. There might be more, but the only endangered wolf species I know is the Red wolf. I'd say maybe 1000-2500 if possible.

There are some wolves that can indeed climb trees. It has nothing to do with breed or types so there's no reason to get more specific with your question. The fact of the matter is, some wolves are not as uncertain as others, they tend to be more nimble and lithe, and likely climbed larger logs and such when they were pups. If you do a bit of searching on the internet you'll find that there are images of wolves in trees. another reason some climb is to be higher so they can get a better lay of the land, at least this is how it was explained to me on one site. Either way, the simple answer is yes, some wolves can climb, and never let anyone tell you differently.

How far away can a wolf's howl be heard?
Loud enough to carry a mile or more on a still night!
In terms of decibels, if you stand next to a howling wolf it's slightly quieter than a pneumatic drill - 90 to 100dB would be a rough estimate.
(NB: I'm a volunteer at the UK Wolf Conservation Trust so frequently get to hear wolves howling).
Their diet is mainly fish, but they will eat birds if they can catch them. Although otters primarily feed on fish they do take the occasional waterbird (along with chicks and eggs), amphibeans and small mammals such as baby rabbits

Why do wolves howl to the moon?
wolves don't specifically howl to the moon. They don't think "hey there's a moon! I'm going to howl to it".
People normally think they howl to the moon because they usually howl at night. But that's because wolves are nocturnal. They are awake during the day time as well and do sleep at night sometimes. But they normally hunt at night. This, i do not know why.
Wolves howl to communicate and when they are hunting communicating is very important.
There is no species called a snow wolf. If you are referring to the Arctic wolf, it is found on Melville Island (Northwest Territories and Nunavut) and Ellesmere Island. How do wolves choose a pack leader?
Wolves in a pack make decisions by the two alphas getting together and making a decision, then it is run through the betas. If the betas decide yes then it is decided, if they decide no then it is up to the deltas. If the deltas decide yes then it's final, if they decide no then it's off to the rest of the pack. If they decide yes it's yes, if they decide no, it's no. If half decide yes, half decide no then it goes to the omegas to decide. What the omegas decide on is final and the last decision but it is only on rare occasions that it is left up to the omegas.
No, Gray Wolves are multicellular, just like all other plants and animals you can see with the naked eye.
