Different between TB and pneumonia in X-ray?
They are both scarring but you cannot distinguish between them through a mere XRAY. You have to have a Tb skin test done or a sputum culture test
How can you locate hidden objects using x-ray mode?
Well you must first have an object to locate, a person to x-ray, and an x-ray machine, Take an x-ray image, then you look at the image and see where the object is located.
It means that your growth plates in your long bones have fused together. You will not grow any taller but you can fill out with exercise. How tall are others in your family? You may be just as tall as they are and normal for the family. Your genes have determined your height, so bulk up and think tall.
Ct (Cat) Scan
The doctor is looking at the growth plates which are located at the ends of long bones. If the growth plated have ossified this means that the person will not grow any more. Long bones do not grow from the middle outward they grow from the ends of the bones through constantly dividing and adding new bone. The x-rays will reveal this. If is determined that the bones are still growing then doctor will not give the growth hormone.
What is the difference between fracture and X-ray?
The XRAY is the EMR used to detect a fracture in your bone and a fracture refers to a broken bone in your body.
It can possibly cause birth defects, genetic defects and/or mutations, but that's not guarented....or it will be born with big genitals
YES. X-rays are absorbed by metals and bone (ex: when you get your x-ray taken, all you can see is metal and bones, no skins or tissues).
Can an x ray reveal muscle loss?
No, X-rays only stop at bones, and go through any other organic matter. If you want to see muscle loss, do a CT scan.
X-rays are a part of the electromagnetic spectrum, a form of ionizing radiation having high energy, short wavelengths, and extraordinarily high frequencies (30 quadrillion to 30 quintillion Hz). X-rays are divided into two bands, HX (hard x-rays) and SX (soft x-rays).
Like all electromagnetic radiation other than visible light, x-rays are detected by their effects, and by using detectors or phosphor screens (e.g. fluoroscopes).
Possibly, possibly not. It's you who takes the risk.
How many curies does an x ray have?
It depends on the settings generally 6-8 for sft tissue, and 15 for bone. By the way it is Millicuries.
What else could look like pneumonia in a lung x ray?
Tumor. Pnuemonia shows up as white spots on the xray, it is known as infiltrates (fluid or pus). But growths can show up the same as they are denser than the surrounding tissue.
How were x rays used on Oetzi Iceman?
X-Rays were used and also the Scientists used Radio Carbon Dating which then told and answered many of the Scientist questions about when the Iceman lived and many more.....
Xray was invented on November 8th, 1895 by Professor Wilhelm Conrad Roentgen.
Can xrays travel through paper?
Yes, they can only be stopped (even then not completely) by several centimetres of lead.
Try to spell properly next time, it's only 3 extra letters!
High Frequency
What kind of rays locate cavities in teeth?

Dentists...
holes and your dentist who uses special tools
Why are x rays black and white?
The x-ray image is formed when the x-rays travel through the patient onto the cassette. The x-ray cassette is made with a Gelatin, bariums, and crystals the light up when interacted with x-rays. Depending on how much of the x-ray is absorbed by your body, the cassette will light up in different brightnesses, causing certain parts of the film to become slightly exposed. A fully exposed x-ray film will appear black will appear black when processed, while one the hasn't been exposed in any light will show be very light, and only show the color of the film, which has a slight tint, and a properly used x-ray film will show black, white, and different shades of gray depending on the thickness of bones, and tissue mass.
Why are x rays kept in light proof cassettes?
The film is light sensitive and if it wasn't in a light proof cassette then the film would be surrounded by light so the picture that it takes would be ruined.
How much does a traditional x-ray machine with CR conversion cost?
Approximately anywhere between $25 to $39 thousand dollars, and it's highly recommended that you go with either a Fuji or a Kodak. Konica is OK, stay away from no brand name, since you're going to have lots of problems with servicing it or parts.
NAOMI is good, except, servicing it will take forever, since everything related to NAOMI has to come from Japan. Good luck.
