It is not recommended to drink when on Flexeril and Xanax. Mixing three different CNS depressants is not a good idea and can lead to serious problems. If the alcohol consumption was kept very low, i.e one beer drunk slowly, it would most likely be fine but any time you mix and benzodiazepine and alcohol you're putting yourself at risk, let alone with cyclobenzaprine in the mix.
Xanax has a half life of about 4-6 hours, so it probably won't cause you to OD if you have built up the tolerance to handle 6 mg. Seriously, though... 12 mg of Xanax in one day? You've got to check yourself, my man. You are headed down a very negative path. Don't go deeper. Help is available.

DO NOT TAKE 10 MG of XANAX or ALPRAZOLAM! These tablets are administered in 0.25, .50, and 1mg tablets, so I'm certain you can't get 10mg without taking many tablets together. Taking 10mg of Xanax would almost certainly be deadly or at the very least extremely dangerous.
