He has not stated which charities however he owns mercury1 which is a charity organization. One would think he donates to his own charity. Mercury1 holds a specific ball every year to pay for the salarys and operating costs so that when he claims all money raised for this cause 100 percent goes to that cause.

No, he is not a Christian. He is a Mormon, and the Mormon Church (also called Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints) is not recognized as part of the mainstream Christian church.
He briefly attended Yale University. He attended only one class because, at the time, he could not afford to go for a longer period of time.
He was given a recommendation by Senator Joseph Lieberman to attend; though the two were once good friends, the two have since parted ways.
No, Roy Beck is unaware of any relationship with Glenn Beck. Roy is from the Missouri Ozarks. His great-grandfather George Solomon Beck eventually settled in the Texarkana area, where many of the Beck descendants are concentrated. George Solomon Beck had first moved to Missouri from Illinois and Indiana in the 1880s.

Glen Beck has been diagnosed with ADHD. This fits well with his past history of severe substance abuse since those with ADHD have been found to be statistically at much higher risk for having substance abuse problems than the general public.
No he is currently on FOX and is on 5pm weekdays
Update:
Glenn Beck and Fox mutually agreed to dissolve their working relationship when his contract is up in December 2011. A Fox spokesman said Beck's popular show will end at some later, unspecified point in the year. Speculation is that date will arrive long before December, however.
Glenn Beck and Fox News Chairman Roger Ailes both acknowledge they've have had difficulties with each other since Beck first joined the Fox family in 2008. Although News Corp Chairman Rupert Murdock wholeheartedly supported Beck, many people have pressured the network with complaints about Beck's racist and anti-Semitic comments and wild conspiracy theories, and hundreds of Fox advertisers boycott advertising on his show.
In a Fox press release dated Wednesday, April 6, Fox states Beck will continue working with them to develop new projects. While news reports say the two parted amicably, Roger Ailes later commented in an Associated Press interview, "Half of the headlines say he's been canceled, the other half say he quit. We're pretty happy with both of them."
Other sources unofficially speculate Fox may have fired Beck due to his enormous drop in ratings, particularly among the coveted 18-49 year group. This has not been substantiated, however.
Beck's syndicated radio program will continue to air in its established outlets.
This question will inspire a number of opinions. Here's mine. Absolutely not. Glenn Beck is a provocateur. That means he says outrageous things just because it gets him a bigger audience. He is a right-wing conservative (which is certainly his privilege, and I have no problem with that); but sometimes, he lets his political views influence the accuracy of what he says. He spreads anti-Barack Obama rhetoric that his followers then think must be the gospel truth because Beck said it. For example, he claimed that President Obama hates white people, and there is absolutely NO evidence of that. (Disclaimer: I am friends with Michelle Obama's cousin, who is a rabbi; I think if Barack hated white people, I might have heard about it by now.)
My theory is that you should never "believe" any talk show host. They are in business to get ratings and many will stretch the truth or spread myths to get more people to listen. Thus, for me, the answer is no: Mr. Beck has shown his willingness to exaggerate and spread lies just to increase his audience, plus he has stoked hatred of the president. He has every right to disagree with President Obama, but he should not use his microphone to promote political myths.
another opinion:
That's your opinion, but if you want a Mormon's opinion, Yes. If he's accurate ........who cares........what else matters besides the truth !
And one other opinion:
No. Glen Beck and Bill O'Reilly both admitted they're entertainers, and both are dismayed at Donald Trump's recent birther talk about President Obama because Trump is [at least pretending to be] a candidate for office. Think of Beck as the Jerry Springer of politics, but with more hate rhetoric.
Previous Answer: She committed suicide when Glenn was 13 years old?
I'm a fiscal Conservative and are saying it loud and clearly, there is absolutely no proven facts to her committing suicide at all and it's listed in the coroners report as an accidental drowning...
Beck makes assertions to her committing suicide and there was never a cause for her to want to end her life in that manner, matter of fact just the proven opposite...
She was with her boating companion on the Potomac river...Both died by drowning, and it's believed she may have accidentally fallen over board "vise versa" and he/she tried to rescue her/him and then drowned him/herself as so many before them have in the icy cold waters of the Potomac!
The Tacoma Police Department and U.S. Coast Guard investigations concluded that the drowning was accidental.
Beck is a sensationalist, an entertainer taking advantage of this tall tale and is shamefully repeating this story for self aggrandizement only!
How sick is it, that a man would purposefully state that his own mother, or anyone for that matter committed suicide in order to pull the heart strings of their listeners to gain their loyalty, what a very disturbing thing to do... answer:
We were travelinf in sarasota fl area and a car passed us with a home made bumper sticker on the right side of his bumper it said in his hand writing proud to be a terriost I took a photo of car and would like to e mail it to glenn fbi said licensed. Plates were not valad as well so terror is alive and on out highways to hurt americans stay vigulant georgann

Parade Magazine reports that Glenn Beck made twenty-five million in 2009. This may only be the amount earned as a radio talk show host. Speaking engagements, public appearances and royalties may not be included in it. (This talk show income is roughly two-thirds that of Rush Limbaugh, according to Parade.)
His radio program airs from 9am to 12pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday. The television broadcast lasts one hour and begins at 5pm Eastern, and also airs Monday through Friday. Both programs are available on the GBTV platform to paid subscribers.
He's moving to Fox News Channel in early '09. You can still catch his radio show every Monday through Friday, though.
Update:
Glenn Beck's Fox News era ended on June 30, 2011, when he decided to pursue a new mission for his company, Mercury Radio Arts. Earlier that month on his radio show, Beck announced the creation of GBTV, a new online network which will feature a two-hour show alongside other news, comedy, and educational programming beginning September 12.
The Glenn Beck Program is featured on 950 KPRC-AM, airing Monday through Friday from 10am to 12pm. Other Texas affiliates can be found on the program website, and the full three-hour show is available live and on-demand for GBTV subscribers.
Glenn Beck is a high school graduate who signed up for one continuing education class in early Christiology at Yale, but dropped out without completing the course.
Rachel Maddow holds a bachelor's degree in public policy from Stanford University, and is a Rhodes Scholar who earned a PhD in politics [or a D.Phil in political science] from Lincoln College, Oxford University.
Glenn Beck himself is a Mormon (a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints). There is no one Mormon that influences him, he comes up with his own ideas. So, I guess you could say that the Mormon that influences Glenn Beck is Glenn Beck!
