There isn´t a place where you can get amber, but in some caves there is amber and some animals have amber too if you have the expansion pack shivering isles you can find amber in almost anything.

Do you mean "How do you close the Oblivion gate, so you save the day?" if so, then you must enter said gate and remove its power source. I small round orb like object suspended in a fire aura. Normally located in the center of the gate realm, with-in an Oblivion tower.

Technically, no. But you can go 'Bow Fishing'. It's basically fishing with your bow. Or you can swim around and catch slaughterfish.

It requires you to travel up the mountains nearby and retrieve the book titled "Fingers of The Mountain" and return it to Teekus. Giving it to the woman only creates problems that are sometimes unsortable and may ruin the quest.

i had problems like that as well. i cant remember layout but try these #1, hill climbing, find the big tower, walk towards it until you cant go further, then run around the hill until you find a path up #2 tunnels, walk along whatever paths you can find, go wherever, until you find an oblivion door stuck in the side of the mountain, that'll get you up there

Presuming you have PC, (this won't work if u have it on xbox 360 or ps3 etc.. only PC)

type coc_testinghall and press enter

then look left and go to the doors on the wall

find the door labeled armour door (or maybe its warehouse)

When I got it i didn't have enogh magika. Be warned, you have to have a high inteligence. Not very good if you drink skooma. (it lowers your inteligence.)

That is a glitch that can happen and it happened to me I had a level 25 with 50k and I lost it all.

You might be able to use something to push the jump button till u get 100 acrobatics and then you could try dropping all your stuff and jumping out.

There is no key for that door. You're not meant to go through it. There's an alternate route you need to find.

The best weapon if you are a high level and have The Shivering Isles expansion is the sword you receive from the dead Orc at the end of the quest for Xedilian. It is significantly higher quality/durability and normal weapon damage than Umbra and somewhat more than a Daedric sword; it is equaivalent or slightly higher quality/durability and normal weapon damage than a Perfect Madness sword. It also has 40 fire damage during the day, and 40 frost damage at night, and 80 uses for each. The best part about it is when it transforms from night to day or vise versa, it recharges its magical energies, so you get 80 free charged uses every 12 hours. In addition to that, once you use it to kill 12 people or creature in a 12 hour period, the sword will recharge itself automatically, AND it will now have an absorb health attribute in addition to a more powerful fire-or-frost attribute. The only problem with this sword is that it is leveled, so all magic effects, uses, quality/durability, and normal weapon damage are relative to your own level; however, once you are level 25 or higher it is superior to all other one-handed blades (and probably all blades, the best Claymore being Shadowrend) in the game by far.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------1--------------------------------------------- Added: by visceral relic There is a greater weapon, the mace of doom. This can only be acquired with the frost crag spire add on... But it's worth it. After teleporting inside exit the house and you will be in a wasteland with three houses in front of you the mace is in front of you next to the fire. Oh and there is an unlimited amount of every sigil stone in the game in one of the houses too. P.s to clone objects have three or more of the same spell NON STOLEN scrolls and hold the a button on them when in the menu then WITHOUT RELEASING THE A BUTTON go to the item you want to clone and drop it. First, you buy the Skingrad house Rosethorn Hall in Oblivion. It costs a lot (consider multiplying objects to sell to build up the money) and you need a lot of Fame, so cover this stuff first.

Second, buy all the furniture at the shop. Just follow the compass. You NEED to have the servant's quarters or Eyja won't move in.

Third, find Eyja. This isn't hard- she's usually at Colovian Trader's. Pay 150 gold and she's yours.
