Loosen the pulley below the power steering pump. Then locate the bolt to the left aiming at the pulley. It goes through the nut on the backside of the pulley. This is how it moves the pulley along the slot tightening / loosening the belt tension. Once you get it set tighten the pulley bolt back down to lock it in place.
