Answer Cardiovascular exercise such as running or walking or riding a bike for 30-45 minutes a day most days of the week should help burn calories and loose weigh…t. you could do crunches for the love handles and weight training (light weights high reps) for the legs to help tone, but cardio is key

I feel compelled to add t…hat PLEASE beware of so called "Fat Free" or "Low Fat" labeled foods. They are lower in fat however they are most generally loaded with sugars which are much worse for your system. . Sidebends, sit-ups, squats. The best exercise program for that, especially if you prefer low-impact, is winsor pilates. I dropped 2 pants sizes in one month. However, you have to keep in mind your diet too. If you eat more than 2 fast food meals in a week, you are not going to drop the weight like you would if you ate more regular meals, fruits, and vegetables. My usual daily diet consisted of eggs (in any form you choose) and coffee for breakfast, a turkey sandwich (fully loaded, with mayo and all) and tea or milk for lunch, and a regular 3-part dinner (pasta or rice with sauce, veggies, and meat) with milk or juice to drink. Paying attention to your diet along with 20 minutes of exercise at least 3 days a week will help you drop those inches faster. KEY #1: Don't believe your mirror! It Lies! Trust the fit of your favorite jeans. You will FEEL the difference before your mind allows you to SEE the difference. KEY #2: You have to believe you can and will. Crunches Lay on the floor on your back with your knees slightly bent, lock your fingers together behind your head then raise your head, neck and shoulders s…lightly off the floor and then back down. Just a slight motion is all that is necessary and when you feel a slight burning sensation in your stomach muscles ( about 15 or 20 repetitions) stop. Allow some time in between sets but repeat 2 more times pushing the burn a little but not to the point of pain.
