replace all 4 of your ball joints this will solve the problem and they are less than 20 dollars a piece. you should be charged less than 125.00 to put them on.total $205.00
A Trailblazer that squeaks only when turning to the left could have a problem with the steering or front wheel bearing. Turning to the left puts the right pressure on the parts to cause them to squeak.
Bad wheel bearing if you are referring to a grinding noise. A squeak can be many things. Loose power steering belt for one.
Squeak in tires (when turning in particular) could mean low tire pressure, or bald tires.

Follow the steering column down to the floor, there you'll see a u-joint fitting with rubber bushings. Spray there with WD-40 and the squeak will go away.

The AC belts are probably stretched and loose. I had the same problem and replaced belts and cured squeak.
