Hi,

Depend of your metabolism, your body, your dailies activities a lot of things actually ! You could start by calculating your daily calorie needs, simply by going to Google search bar with "metabolic rate calculator" :)

Be careful, about carb you find it everywhere in your foods so try to limit as much as possible... the big foods brand tend to put carb EVERYWHERE.. bread, convenience food.... So I repeat limit as much as possible :)

There are several different answers to this depending on which fad diet guru you are listening to. Keep in mind that severe restriction of carbohydrates over time has proven to cause some very scary health problems. Your best bet is to limit highly processed and fatty foods, eat whole grains and fresh food, get lots of exercise and fresh air, and sleep well.
