∙ 7y agoA victim or someone who is being bullied. However, many people decried the term "victim" because it creates a "victim mentality". The victim feels more victimized, and helpless. So then, professionals suggested using the terms "target" and being "targeted". But "victim-targets" said the term "target" made them feel even more helpless! So like with using "the battered" for women who are beaten, "the bullied" may be the best and most appropriated term to use.
