if you eat a big breakfast and then at lunch eat a yoghurt and then at dinner eat boiled vigetables with sauce to make it tastier with a starch food like pasta, rice or noodles... you need to be able to control yourself and dont eat any fat food at all and I PROMISE YOU, YOU WILL DEFO LOSE WIEGHT IN A WEEK... QUITE A LOT!!!!

Try the cornflake or granola bar diet...i lost nearly half a stone in 2 weeks on this, combined with exercise. You have one bowl of cornflakes or one granola bar for breakfast along with a piece of fruit. Repeat for lunch. Then for dinner, have either a skinless grilled chicken breast or white fish, with a small portion of rice, cous cous or pasta and a portion of boiled or steamed vegetables. Drink lots of water, avoid alcohol, soda, or full fat milk. And dont forget to exercise lots. Hope this helps, good luck.

before each meal drink a large glass of water so you are already a little bit full. in that way you won't eat as much because of all the water in your stomach. eat lots of fruits and vegetables. excercise. it worked for me.

Plenty of moderate aerobic exercise, no sweetened liquids at all, and no junk food at all. Preferably no sugar, and as little added salt and processed foods as possible. Eat 3 small-portioned meals/day; do not skip breakfast; and avoid sweet snacks. Limit your calories (better to consult a doctor or nutritionist concerning the amount), and weigh yourself 2-3 times/week. Ignore the sensation of hunger. If you see your weight diminishing at a safe, reasonable rate (1-2 pounds/week), keep it up.

Once you've reached your target weight, increase your calorie intake somewhat.

Avoid crash diets, diet pills etc. Avoid fatty cuts of meat. Walk as much as possible. Bicycling and swimming are good too.

Don't concentrate on specific foods so much as on a balanced, healthy diet plus exercise. Plenty of moderate exercise rather than intense exercise, which can damage your joints.

Good nutrition means eating what your body needs, while ingesting as few harmful things as possible. It has also been described as getting enough of each of the major food categories (grains, fruits, vegetables, protein, dairy, etc.; plus plenty of water).

Also...whenever you feel queasy, nauseous, constipated or otherwise not completely well, try to remember what you've eaten over the last several hours or the last day. This is one method of adjusting one's food habits.

Maintaining a healthy diet will help you lose a bit of weight. Also doing cardio will help to lose weight. It's never healthy to lose weight quickly because it will often be gain back quickly so try sticking to realistic goals of 1-2 pounds a week.
