Answer 1
The Islamic countries do not occupy just one biome, so the natural vegetation varies immensely.

There are the Arab countries, Iran, and Turkey which primarily occupy deserts and semi-arid regions. The deserts are relatively devoid of vegetation, save for oases and rivers where palm trees and numerous reeds and grasses abound. The semi-arid regions are often host to strong trees like cypress trees and light proliferation of grasses.

Pakistan, Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Indonesia all have tropical rainforests with massive trees, vines, and flowers. The Malaysian Rafflesia is the largest flower in the world. There are also high mountains in Pakistan along with the shorter brush that grows just beyond the tree line.

The Transcaucasian Former Soviet Countries like Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan having rolling plains (steppes) which are home to tall grasses like wheat-grasses, barley, and sorghum.

Answer 1 previously gets close, but I think there are better ways to answer this question. Much of the "Arab world" (as in regions where the language of Arabic is spoken) is, in fact, desert, with very hot, dry summers and warm, dry winters; but other climates also exist: Much of the northwestern African coast is Mediterranean, with hot, dry summers, but also mild, wet winters.

The information on Turkey is basically nonsense; Turkey has no deserts. There are certain semi-arid sections in the central parts of the country, but Turkey is largely subhumid and continental; hot, dry summers, and cold, snowy winters, which support open oak woodlands and mixed forests. The coasts are Mediterranean in the south and temperate maritime (like Western Europe) in the north, meaning Turkey has much more in common with Spain than, say, Saudi Arabia.

Iran is largely semi-arid and desert, but its northern part (Rasht, for example) has a humid climate that mirrors that of northern Turkey, allowing for the growth of verdant decidiuous and mixed forests.

Pakistan has a variety of biomes, be it semi-arid, desert or humid (particularly along the mountains), although the entire country is in the subtropical belt, causing constantly warm, sometimes very hot temperatures that preclude the formation of temperate decidious forests, leaving even the most humid regiopns with subtropical open woodland and savanna.

The information on Malaysia, Indonesia and Transcaucasia is mostly correct in the first answer.
