Hitler was basically a psycho. He was probably in need for a serious mental checkup. Hitler regarded the Jews as the biological root of Bolshevism (Communism). In many of his speeches he used the words Communists and Jews interchangeably. Hitler saw it as his mission in life to eliminate Communism.

Hitler stated: "The war is to be a war of annihilation." Hitler's henchman Heinrich Himmler declared: "All Poles will disappear from the world. . . . It is essential that the great German people should consider it as a major task to destroy all Poles." Thus, the Holocaust was not aimed at just Polish Jews; it was aimed at "all Poles."

By being saturated with the teaching of the supremacy of the Aryan race and the inferiority of all others.

Lukas states in The Forgotten Holocaust: "The Nazi theory of colonial empire in Poland was based on the denial of humanity to the Poles whom, next to the Jews, Hitler hated the most."

Millions of Jews suffered and died simply because they were Jews in the ethnic sense. It mattered not to Hitler's henchmen whether they were Orthodox or atheistic Jews. They were condemned to the 'Final Solution', or extermination, as Hitler's method of ridding Europe of all Jews was called. Likewise, the Slavs, who for Hitler's crusade were mainly the Poles, Russians, and Ukrainians, were condemned just for being Slavic, 'an inferior race' in comparison to the 'supreme' Aryan stock.

Hitler hated anyone and everyone who was not of the "Aryan race" one example was Jehovah's Witnesses, thousands died at his hands.

All the best Brenda

Circumstances made Hitler want to kill the Jews: Up until 1941 Nazi policy was pointed towards segregation, they were content to exclude the Jews and to encourage their demise rather than outright murder. With the invasion of the Soviet Union the circumstances changed and brought an infux of many more Jews and a lack of food available in Eastern Europe. In fact the govenor of the region which held most of the Jews suggested to Hitler that it would be kinder to kill them rather than let them slowly starve to death.

There also is an opinion held by some that Hitler was a madman and he wated to kill them all because the voices in his head told him to.

Hitler killed the Jews because he hated them and believed that they were a useless group of people that were bringing down the Germany's economy.

He believed that his race was superior than all races. You can read more about it and the book he wrote: "The Strrugle" when he was inprisioned.

Before and during World War II, Hitler's decision to use killing as a solution to German problems was, like so many similar political decisions throughout history, made for many reasons, some of which are difficult to identify. Still, in respect to the war as a whole, it is clear that Hitler believed that killing and death were necessary in order for Germany to survive as a nation. In respect to the Holocaust, Hitler also seemed to believe that Germany's survival was at stake, in addition to having such hatred for Jews that he believed they didn't deserve to live.

It depends on how you read the question.

If the question is asking: What was Hitler's motivation for wanting to kill the Jews? , the answer is:

Some would say, that when Hitler got rejected from the Art School he wanted to join, he got mad, and some other people say that the person who rejected him at the school was Jewish.

The real deal, is that Hitler wrote Mein Kampf during his time in jail, supposedly he blamed the Jews for everything, including the loss of WW1. I think it is a political way for him to be in control and rally more people he support his idea of taking the Jews out and blaming him. Since people, after WW1 were very depressed and wrecked, he would then need to rise and take over Germany, and plan revenge on the Allies and what they did to Germany, also known as WW2.

Another common belief is that Hitler's dad was very abusive and life threatening, his mother couldn't do anything, and he would get abused a lot. He might've gotten his bad habits and easy temper from his dad.

If the question is asking: What compelled Hitler to kill Jews? , the answer is:

Nobody made Hitler do anything. Hitler was very aware and cognizant of everything he said and everything he did. He was an incredible orator, able to motivate tens of thousands of people with his passionate beliefs about the greatness of the German people. He was well aware of how effective he was in galvanizing support for his atrocities and planned elaborate systems for maintaining the bureaucracy that drove it. He also spent a lot of time and effort in developing the ideology that would drive this hatred. Hitler was not a machine, but a man and a very passionate one who freely chose to commit one of the greatest atrocities in history.
