Solution for Bullying 1
There are things you can do to deflect people who bully:
Breaking the silence is the most important part in fighting back against bullying. If you've kept a diary of when the bullying has been taking place, this can help you when you tell a teacher or parent what's been going on. Most schools have anti-bullying guidelines and will take your complaint seriously. Tell your guidance counselor about who's bullying you and how you feel about it.

In the year 2013 the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UNICEF and the European Union decided to make a stand and declare that "enough is enough" when it comes to all forms of bullying (school bullying, workplace bullying, internet blackmailing, etc).
As a result of political action by these countries and UNICEF, the United Nations has updated the international legslislation which now makes it a crime to be a bully. No matter where you are in the world, whether your country has its own laws against bullying or not, bullying is now illegal under international law. This means that bullies can be arrested, put on trial and sent to a prison or detention centre.
All you really need to do is report the bully to an authority figure, such as a teacher, a social worker or a police officer. You will be given protection and charges may be brought upon the bullies, who could end up with a criminal record. If you wish, you will also be offered optional counselling sessions to help you to overcome the negative effects of the bullies.
The best advice is to tell a figure of authority. The law is on your side.

In addition, there are several measures that you can use to handle this situation. However, the approach may vary from one scenario to another. If you are being bullied, you can or may do the following:
Also, if someone is bullied, extend your help by following the same step.
first of all tell an adult (that you trust) right away the sooner the better as if you wait then it gets worse.
The reason why people bully is because they think it's fun and cool, but it can hurt others and make them commit suicide. Many teens stay home instead of going to school because they don't want to be bullied.

You essentially have two choices:
Either stand up and try to deal with it yourself, generally not the best solution or even a good one. As the one being bullied, you are already marked as a target. Attempting to shift the control in the situation to you will be nearly impossible and potentially dangerous.
Or, you can involve adults. This would be your teachers, your parents, etc. This is practically the better solution. Not only can the adults diffuse the situation, they will be able to help you learn to address the specific situation and teach you coping skills as well.
You should tell your parents and then tell them to tell the teacher and then the teachers will supervise you.
If you are being bullied, you can: Ask the bully to stop, avoid them, or ignore them. If this fails, tell an adult or someone in charge. Do not get violent or yell.

Solution for bullying 5
Bullies will keep on bullying if you keep it quiet and say nothing. This is what they get off on. The quicker you stand up and say something to your parents, teacher or other authority figures the quicker it can be stopped. Yes, you can try to do the things listed here. It doesn't always work though and can make it worse in exceptional circumstances. The important thing is to not despair, make it known what they are doing to you, no matter what they have threatened you with. Call their bluff and report them over and over again if need be. There will be light at the end of the tunnel. Nobody likes bullies.
You should tell someone. It's very important that someone knows you don't just stand back. Words hurt.

The only reason for that is if your missing something in your life and that is something you should fix right away. Find something you like to do other than pick on little kids who didn't do anything to you. Other things you could do is see someone about your problems. Maybe you don`t have a problem maybe you just think it is fun. If you DO NOT WANT to be a bully follow these rules: 1: Find your new hobby (anything you like to do) 2: Show your emotions but not in a bad way 3: Be kind and caring to every one 4: Help someone (instead of picking on someone) Follow those rules and you will be alright I agree with the comment above, follow those rules, but remember, if you don't want to make a bad impression with the people you have bullied, apologize to them, I'm sure they'd forgive you, try to supress your anger, when something gets you angry think of something you enjoy, or something you find amusing or funny, try and do favours for people, you'll find it makes you much more happier than insulting people could ever be.
Tell your parents or guardians and/or teacher if you are in school. tell a parent or teacher mabye a sister or brother the importent thing is that it stops.so what if people call you a snitch at least they stoped bullying you
If you are getting bullied you should:
1. Tell your parent
2. Ignore them/ Walk away
3. Tell an adult
4. Try to defend yourself
5.Call the police if it gets worse!
If you, yourself, are a bully you should:
1. Examine why you feel the need to pick on and harass others.
2. If the reasons are because you need to take out your anger, try to find what makes you so angry and find the best way to keep away from it.
3. If the reasons you are angry are not easily managed because of someone else possibly bullying, harassing, or assaulting you, chose to follow one of the five steps above the bar.
4. If you are bullying to be cool or popular, it will lead you down the opposite path; therefore, for both your sake and the people you bully, it needs to stop.
5. If you are bullying because you enjoy power and dominance and watching others fear you, ask yourself why you need the ego boost and try to place yourself in that person(s) you are hurting shoes (figuratively).
6. It may also do you good to talk to someone you trust about your need to bully.
You should stand tall and be cool, they are probably jealous of you. If they say something cruel a lot, then think up a cool come back, and see what they can say back to that! Tell them without being a bully yourself, that what they are doing is not cool. This can sometimes be hard to do, but get up the nerve and do it. Sometimes, it is easier if you have a good friend, who also does not like the bully to help, and they can back you up. If it is physical, you really should talk to someone, cyber, then shut down your account....
If you have one ignore them or tell a parent, freind, teacher or anybody else you feel comfortable talking to. Some people take it embarrasing to tell somebody but its the best option. if you want them to leave you alone then hang out with some friends or a group (they wont pick on a group) as being a bully victim myself, it depends what level of bullying its up to. Is it physical? Or just name calling? It is whatever you want to choose.
once a person calls you a bully,it means you intertained the person in one way or another.so simply keep quite to avoid unwanted conflicts and smile as if nothing happend.then on your own try to rectify where you were wrong
You should report the bully to an authority figure.
Authority figures are:
Talk to someone how was a bulley and find out how there can be 1 less bully in the world.
If you are bullied, this should be reported to a teacher or authority figure immediately. Bullies are made brave by their targets' weakness so it is important to take action.
maybe she did get bullied , but u should ask her if she ever been bullied.
no one should be bullied because they play hockey but if you are and this is the cause of it then you should if you think the bulling is getting to you . if you are being bullied please tell someone
Anyone can get bullied. Kids, teens and even adults. If you don't want to get bullied you should be kind and stand your ground.
