The fuel filter is located on the inner side of the frame on the driver's side. Creep under about where the front of the driver's door is and you will see it mounted in a bracket which is bolted to the frame. The fuel line is attached on both ends with a plastic clip. Check this for leaks.

now I'm not quite sure about bronco II's but in my 93 bronco the box was located under the driver side of the dash more towards the middle. The box is about 2 x 2 1/2 inches, and has a 7 prong connector I hope this helps
I owned a 1986 Bronco II 2.9L. The Bronco II has two fuel filters, first is under driver side seat area on frame underneath vehicle, the second fuel filter is same side of frame closer to gas tank. (Little round black container.) Hope this helps.
A 1995 Bronco does not have an OBD-II port - OBD-II started on 1996 vehicle. 1995 Brocno would have OBD-I. The connector should be under the hood, on the inside wall of the driver's side fender near the firewall.
