don't know about the relay, yet. I do know that the '01 zx3 has an undersized power wire that can cause a blown fuse/relay. I had mine replaced under warrenty years ago. They pulled a new heavy guage wire stirght from the positive battery wire. daeleven
The relay for only the high speed blower function is located in the fuse and relay center under the hood. The resistor for the blower motor lower speeds is located under the hood, passenger side, on the firewall close to the blower motor.
The blower motor relay only operates the high speed function. That relay would be in the fuse/relay center under the hood.
#64 is a 30A fuse in the fuse/relay box under the hood, on the driver's side, by the firewall.
