Assuming there is no blower speeds at all, check the blower speed switch and the electrical plug into the back of it. You may find the plug melted. The switch and plug (pig tail) are available from most parts stores.

A blower resistor can be replaced, in your 2002 Oldsmobile, by removing the resistor wiring. Remove the retaining screws. Reverse the process to install the new resistor.

You probably need a blower motor. Check the Hot electrical feed to the motor. If you have replaced the resistor block you know where the motor is located (just to the right) It is easy to replace and can be purchased everywhere, including a junk yard. Remember some Resistor Blocks fail because the motor is old and drawing to many amps.
