DISCONNECT THE MOTOR MOUNTS ON THE LEFT SIDE, PLACE JACK UNDER OIL PAN, PUT PIECE OF WOOD BETWEEN JACK AND OIL PAN AND RAISE ENGINE. THIS WILL GIVE CLEARANCE BETWEEN FRAME RAIL AND IDLER. REPLACEMENT IDLERS ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE FROM FORD, SO YOU HAVE TO KNOCK OUT BEARING AND REPLACE IT WITH NEW ONE. BEARINGS ARE COMMON AT MOST JOBBERS FOR LESS THAN 5 BUCKS. REMOVE SERPENTINE BELT REMOVE IDLER BOLT AND PULLEY, REPLACEMENT IS REVERSAL OF THIS. LOWER ENGINE, TIGHTEN MOUNTS AND YOU ARE READY TO GO.

Rotate means to turn. Counterclockwise=Opposite direction a clock turns. They are probably talking about rotating it on the pulley in order for it to mate correctly. Just put it back on exactly as the diagram shows. Inspect the idler to see if it is good. If not replace it.

I just had a water pump installed in my Capri and while they're doing that, make sure they put a new timing belt in, because if you have a 91 Turbo w/ ac, it's a 4.5 hour job because the water pump is under the engine.

I had the exact same problem, with the same model car. You need to replace the idol air controller valve. I bought one at the local repair shop for 80$. It should not take more than a few minutes to fix. It is located on the backside of the intake manifold. It is a black box near the center,and in the back. It has an electical connection that clips on the side of the box. There will be two bolts that will require an 8mm wrench or socket to take off. This is important....the replacement part(if new from the part store) will have to be put on the Opposite of the one you take off. In other words, on the topaz model, you will be putting the new part on upside down.

From what I've heard and read about the black hole, I don't believe anyone can enter a black hole and live. From what I've read, it sounds like you would be compressed. It would be like being crushed slowly without being touched. I'm just wondering if we can travel underneath it. If so, then we would know for sure it leads to another galaxy. It would be proof that time and space can be "torn" to go somewhere else. (Aside: You are only compressed in the relativistic dimension of travel. As you approach the speed of light you get less thick to an outside observer. To you, the traveler, everything is just fine.)Time doesn't really exist. But, the bridge would always collapse right before entry, so you would be crushed into oblivion in the singularity.
