Probably not. There are too many law enforcment officers and departments. With the world getting smaller, there may however be more wars between neighboring nations. U.S. citizens may have to do battle with intruders from Mexico. Central American nations are doing battle with their neighbors. Korea is divided in half. Much of the Middle East is fighting across their borders in an attempt to gain control. The world is slowly embracing the concepts of a nationless world. The smaller, less significant nations want to have a more important position in the world and as such are fighting for relevance. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
