Remove:
1) Disconnect Negative Battery cable.
2) Light torch
3) Carve out entire area just below and off to the right of the stereo and heater controls. About a 2 and a half ft square.
4) dig in remains searching for the heater core
4a) If still not found continue carving, a reciprocating saw may be useful.
5) When found, remove coolant hoses from heater core from under the hood just to the left of the distributer.
6) Remove heater core, use tactics with large pry bar and reciprocating saw.
Install:
1) Place new heater core where leaky one was.
2) Connect coolant lines to new core.
3) Mount 120mm computer case fan to new heater core with duct tape.
4) Connect fan to a Switched 12v positive line, and ground other to metal frame of dash.
