i have found that smart ones aren't the healthiest things to eat. they have a lot of fat and carbs. although the protein is good. if i were you, i would consider being a vegatarian (i have found that i have lost a few pounds from that) but do not replace it with carbs. and i would also maybe join a gym and do some pilates or spinning.
