There is a short somewhere in the fuel pump system. check to make sure you have a good ground connection. that may be the problem. if not pull the pump and check for bare wires. if this still happens try a diff. pump.

Check that the pollen filter has been replaced. Check that the heater fan hasn't seized due to water logging after pollen filter becomes blocked. Check resistor is working (next to heater fan on firewall) Check relay is working correctly.
Refrigerant level low or cooling fan not working. worst case would be that the compressor no longer can build enough pressure and needs to be replaced
There may be several reasons why the air only blows out the front vents and not on the floor or the defrost on the 2003 Dodge Ram. The fuses may be blown, or the heating coil is not working correctly.
Have you checked to see if your 12V dc relay under the hook is working properly?
1. The a/c system may be low on freon because on R134a systems being just a couple of ounces low can cause this.. 2. The evaporator may be restricted, if so then it will need to be replaced.. 3. In side a/c - heater control doors are leaking and or not working correctly..

You have a short in the cluster.
You will need to check the dash controller to make sure that it is operating correctly first for both sides..............
1. Coolant level is low. 2. Inside controller doors not working correctly. 3. Inside controller may be bad.........
get the ac recharged at your local auto shop or whereever you go - its about 30 bucks or so - simple fix.
