The question specifies coordinates that pin the location down within 3/4 of an inch somewhere on the earth,
but forgets to mention whether the latitude is north or south, and whether the longitude is east or west.
So despite the precision of the coordinates, it still could be any one of four widely-spaced places on earth.

You can see that when you have to radio the Coast Guard to come out and rescue you, giving them the directions
of your latitude and longitude is at least as important as giving them lots of decimal places.
That point is in San Mateo County, California. It's alongside Bayshore Blvd.,
about 1.2 miles south of Geneva Ave. and 1.6 miles north of the 101 exit ramp,
between the San Bruno Mountain State Park and San Francisco Bay.
By the way . . . that point had the same latitude and longitude, hundreds of
years before GPS was invented.
