OK so my legs are the biggest part of my body, I'm so self conscious! But my legs are getting toned ever since I fallowed these easy steps! In gym every Monday, Wednesday and Friday we did these basic moves for your legs, lunges, squats (about 10 every day) and on Tuesdays and Thursdays stick to running, if you have a treadmill run on whatever speed your comfortable with, I usually run on 6 or 7 for at least 30 minutes everyday. Running is the best thing you could do for your body. But if you don't have a treadmill then go run around town, maybe around your block a few times! And if you can't do that run around your house. Now if you hate running here are some ways to motivate yourself, if you have an iPod/MP3 use that and play some of your favorite songs, make sure there upbeat! and always remember you don't always have to do everything at once! its perfectly fine to take breaks! Stop for a cool down get some water some ((((healthy)))) snacks! And when i was little i used to pretend if i ran for a certain amount of time i would win a trip to meet the Jonas brothers! So just motivate yourself! It may take a while so don't expect quick results! within a few months your body will be great! (((even your legs))) ;)
The only way to lose fat from the back of your legs are to:
Water Polo and trainings it might not totally lose your leg weight but turns it into muscle and will thin by half the size.
swimming at your local pool mostly do breaststroke
yoga
running
tip dont give up just because you dont think your preety and not like everyone else and also dont make a joke of your self because you will just end up ina wiggle.
please give me your thoughts cvbxoxo
Work out! Frequently go for a jog, bicycle around the neighborhood, or even jump rope. Any of these activities are great--especially if you constantly do them. It takes time but it's always worth it!
You can't spot reduce. Exercises for a specific area will improve muscle tone in that area but not selectively get rid of fat there. The best bet is to eat less and exercise more and so lose weight in general.
You should try running a few times a week, jogging, or maybe watching your calories a few times a week. But you should keep this diet. Maybe go for about 1,500 calories instead of 2,000 a day, or if you eat more then maybe loose about 500 less. Then you should keep on that diet! I hope this works for you
Any type of leg exercise can help you lose the fat in your calves. Walking or Power Walking can help, along with Leg Presses, because they require you to use that muscle. Use a pedometer as you do this to keep track of your steps, and try to get 10,000 in one day, or just go outside or to your local park and walk a few miles.
I do push ups, squats, and leg lifts along with these thing and it helped slim down my legs a bunch!
Be sure to drink lots of water while you do this! =)
Go running, or use running-type gym equipment regularly.
You run and eat healthy.
go for a run stop eating bad foods
ful body weight
Simple answer: you can't. Spot training is a myth. To lose fat on your legs, you must lose it all over - this is achieved by a healthy diet and exercise (both cardio AND weight training), and there is nothing "short" about the time it takes to do this. If you are female, your legs will likely be the last place you lose fat from.
Lose weight and do leg toning exercise.
I would do lunges and squats to make my legs look bigger (ie more muscular and toned), not necessarily thinner. Your legs don't really lose fat weight unless you lose weight. If you want to lose muscle weight, well, don't exercise them and eat less I guess.
depends on how long you shake them. you wont lose much though
Well, jumping is a good exercise and it works the legs very well. So,yeah it probably is a good way to lose weight.
That sounds like a really weird desire. Losing weight on legs would be through losing some weight all over, and not doing any strenght building exercises for the legs. For gaining weight on stomach I have no idea, unless you can get pregnant.
There is no way to just lose weight from you legs. The only way to accomplish this is through an overall healthy diet and exercise plan. Everyone's body loses weight in a different area first.
Rollerblading because your moving ur legs and it is more and your legs will lose calories and so will the other places on your body
not really...unless u move your legs about, anyways to burn calories while you sleep. if theres was no way to natraully lose weight then you would be HUGE
Yes, if you do cardio, do lighter weight and more reps, you will lose the fat & tone your legs, if you want your muscles to stay bulky then do lower reps and heavier weight.
There is no such thing as spot reduction. Dancing and biking are good cardiovascular activities which can cause you to lose weight all over your entire body. As said before, it is not possible to lose weight in just one area.
