Remove#9 fuse under hood.Remove belt for better access but not necessary.Disconnect CMP located in front lower bottom left on engine.10mm socket 1 bolt,coat new seal with oil or vaseline install and reconnect wire connectop,reinstall fuse and good to go

I have checked on my Job #1 2009 Focus and the wiring harness is different, there is no wiring for an outside sensor, later build 2009 do have the wiring and sensor.
