Remove#9 fuse under hood.Remove belt for better access but not necessary.Disconnect CMP located in front lower bottom left on engine.10mm socket 1 bolt,coat new seal with oil or vaseline install and reconnect wire connectop,reinstall fuse and good to go
The ABS sensor was moved out of adjustment. all you should have to do is push the sensor against the tone ring

I'm a mechanic at a Ford dealership and there is a service message from Ford advising that 2008 and Job #1 2009 Focus do not have the outside temp function. I have checked on my Job #1 2009 Focus and the wiring harness is different, there is no wiring for an outside sensor, later build 2009 do have the wiring and sensor.
