How do you change the display light bulb in the radio of a 98 s70 Volvo wagon?

Pull the radio and take it apart. Find the bulbs and remove one of them and take to a Volvo dealer to have them match it up. They cannot look it up in VIDA or the parts catalogue, but might be able to match it up with what they have in stock. I also heard that Honda's use this bulb in the dash somewhere.

I don't believe you can display both the radio station and the clock at the same time. With the radio on push the "CLK" button, that will display the time and I believe when you change radio stations it will display the station # temporarily before returning to the clock display.

Second you pull the radio out and test the power leads to the radio. If you have no power then there may be a short in a wire. If there is power on the power leads then the radio must be replaced.
