I`m not sure what state you are in but I do believe it is illegal in just about any of the 50 states to change the speedometer on ANY vehicle. The Federal Government really really frowns on that sort of thing.
As long as you aren't replacing the Odometer it should be ok if there is a failure of the Speedo, might check your local law enforcement and see what they think of it. If the mileage is over a certain amount alot of times they dont even put a mileage on the title.
No.
NO. It won't fit on the engine block.
itl mess up ur speedometer and most likely ur gas mileage wil change but for the better or worse idk
The answer to your question is difficult, but you can go to your local libary and get a repair manual for your answer.Or,you can buy one at Auto Zone, etc.
Your owner's manual will contain this information.
Half Ton
A half ton.
Half a ton is 1,000 pounds (a full ton being 2,000 pounds)
There are a couple models, if you have a 4 x 4 it will start with a K, if not it will start with a C. A half ton truck is a 1500, a 3/4 ton is 2500, and a one ton is a 3500.
you can if you can weld. the axle mounts are not the same
a half ton
No, because a ton is 2000 pounds, so 1000 will be half a ton.
