Put on and buckle the seat belt. If it is malfunctioning, then take it back to the dealer for repair, as it is under warranty. If you are just looking for a way to avoid wearing your seat belt, I will not help you do a stupid thing like that. There is no good reason to not wear your safety belts. Seat belts save lives, and if you do not know that by now, then, sorry my friend, but you are simply not very smart, and need a sign.
