If it is a full size bronco, it requires a special spindle tool ( 4 post 4x4 spindle tool). It usually is 1/2 inch drive and is available in general auto shops. The order is as follows: 1. Jack axle off of ground 2. Remove Tires 3. Remove lockout hub (uses Allen Style Wrench) 4. Remove hub hardware (Outer lock ring, inner lock ring.) 5. Next are two bolts which require the special tool. They typically have a lock ring in between them 6. Once these are removed, the hub-brake assembly will slide off of the spindle.

Did you remove the big snap ring that's inside of the hub. It's hard to see.
Just pull it out. There should be nothing holding it in the differentail after you remove the locking hub and the hub.
If you mean the nut that retains the CV axle, it is 1 and 3/16 and needs a long socket.
You need a four pronged hub tool that you can rent at Kragen to remove the inner hub other than tha there is the Allen screws, a couple of spring clips and you should have it off.
