There's a rubber plug on the upper portion of the timing belt cover. Pry it out. Theres a bolt inside. Use a socket(15mm I think) to loosen it, and then retighten. Ta-Da!!!! You're a Volvo mechanic. Now put the plug back in and drive that brick down the road!!!
