take apart the glovebox and look towards your right side of the dash and it should be there a white fan shape like a soda bottle.
Remove the wiring harness from the back of your 1993 Chevrolet Camaro blower motor. Remove the blower motor retaining nuts. Remove the fan from the front of the blower motor. Reverse the process to install the new blower motor.
Remove the wiring harness from the back of the blower motor in your 1993 GMC 1500. Remove the blower motor retaining bolts. If the new blower motor does not have the fan attached to and you will need to remove the fan from the old blower motor. Reverse the process to install the new blower motor.
Remove the glovebox and brace. The blower motor is mounted there with 3 screws
If you remove the breather box from in front of the blower motor you can reach the three retainers.
First, take a socket wrench to remove the cover of the blower motor of a 1993 Chevy truck. Then pull the motor blower out and install a new one in its place. Lastly, screw the bolts of the blower motor cover back in.

i cannot get the wheel off the blower motor
It's located in the engine compartment on the passenger side up against the firewall. You must remove the cover to expose the filter where the blower motor is located. Must remove many screws to remove cover
it sounds like the blower motor is clogged up with debris mainly due to a build up from over the years. remove the blower motor fan and make sure it isn't full of debris
The blower motor fuse protects the blower motor electrical circuit. The blower motor relay operates only the high speed function of the blower motor. The blower motor speed resistor operates the lower speed functions of the blower motor.

Not sure about the relay, but there is a blower resistor assembly located on the heater case to the right of the blower motor.
