Firstly i only know how to remove the front door panel of a 1994 Pontiac grand am that has manual windows(windows with cranks) and power locks. Also i personally own a 94 grand am and have actually removed the front door panels. You will need a Philips screwdriver, a flat-head screwdriver, a torque bit (i don't know the size i just used a tiny flat-head screwdriver) and window crank removal tool which can be bought at any auto parts store at a relatively low price. First remove all screws located at the perimeter of the panel. There should be 5 in all. 1 on the right side, 2 at the bottom where the seat belt slot is, and 2 more along the bottom. Next remove the triangular piece in the upper left hand corner by taking out the 2 torque screws. Next remove the plastic piece that keeps the seatbelt in place located at the top-right corner by prying it off with the flat-head. Next take out the power lock button by popping up the plastic piece that surrounds it via a flat-head screwdriver, then disconnect the wire. Next take the screw located behind the lock slider. Next there is a screw under the handle you use to close the door when you get in. It is very hard to see but its there. Next take off the window crank by using the special tool to pop off a little clip that holds the crank on, this will take some patience! Now only one screw is holding on the door other than the clips. Pull out the left and right side. The plastic clips that hold the door on are now out. There should be a kind of scraping sound so don't worry its normal. Now you need the take out the plastic piece that surrounds the inner door handle and lock slider. Try using the flat-head but be careful not to scratch the plastic. Once out there is the last screw behind the door handle. Once removed the panel should be free. Do the reverse to put back on.
