Copy This will give you good instructions -- it's very easy and requires 2 thin flathead screwdrivers. There are 2 slots at the bottom edge of the trim ring surrounding the radio and the vents -- wiggle a screwdriver into each of them and gently pop the trim ring loose. Work your way around to the sides and top with your fingers and the whole vent/radio trim ring will come away. 3 connectors hold the buttons/clock on, but you have enough slack to get the panel up and over. Just did this now myself, so i can vouch for it. Dan
