With fuel line quick release tools available from your local auto parts store.

Remove fuel tank
35-45 psi
The engines in a 1994 Ford F-150 are fuel injected so there is no carburetor
Remove the passenger side wheel well liner and it's to your left, remove lines and replace.
Slide under the center of the truck on the driverside. look on the inside of the frame rail just ahead of the side mount fuel tank. look for a cylinder about 2" in diameter about 4" long. you will need a special tool to remove the lines that you can buy at your local parts place. make sure you release the pressure before you remove the filter
There isn't a carburetor , it's fuel injected
an automotive shop should have the tools u need its a little plastic thing that goes over the fuel line and releases the clip inside the filter
They use a special tool. The tool can be quite cheap if you buy the plastic version. It is sufficient if you don't plan on using it too often.
Its called a Quick-disconnect tool its like 10-15$ at a parts store
