There's only one thing you need to do; remove the motor mount :) Remove the S/C belt, tensioner and idler also remove the front lift bracket, the passenger side dog bone, the passenger side engine mount bracket(it has the coils on it), unplug the spark plug wires, remove the spark plug wires from the spark plug wire cover, the spark plug wire cover, remove the 6 valve cover bolts and pull the valve cover. Install a new O ring and reinstalled the cover. Torque to about 89 in lbs. The back side is a bit tougher. Unbolt the 2 front dog bones and tilt the engine forward. You may have to loosen the the alternator, disconnect the neg. battery terminal, unplug the rear bank spark plug wires or disconnect them from the coils and move them out of the way, remove the rear lift bracket, remove the rear engine cover bracket, there is a sensor on the drivers side of the engine that needs to come off, 2 10 MM bolts, and several vacuum lines need to be removed. Do the same steps on the O ring and bolts as above. Hope this helps. "G" more speicifically: To remove the engine mount of which you speak. *1. Take off SC belt. *2. You cannot remove the speaker covers. Instead you must remove both the rear seet bottom (pull up and out), and the rear seat back (undo bolts located at bottom). Once you have done this, you can lift out the rear deck including the covers, exposing the speakers.
