Oh wait...do you mean a vehicle? If you do, you should mention which vehicle. If it's a Chevy S-10, then you need to get a crank remover. It looks like a U-shaped magnet on the end of a screwdriver. You slide the tool between the the crank and the door panel to trip the lock pin, then the crank will pull off.
you can buy a window crank removal tool at an autoparts store that pulls the little pin off to remove it.
There is a retaining ring just on the inside of the handle. Once you get that off the crank will come off.

Most chevys have a horseshoe shaped clip on the window crank. There is a special tool to remove it , but I just push them off with a small screw driver, or hook the back with a dental tool
